The City of Auburn and Auburn University are approximately 100 miles from the Atlanta Airport.

  • South on I-85 to Alabama Exit 51 (Auburn/Auburn University exit).
  • Turn RIGHT off the exit towards Auburn (this is US 29 North and S. College Street).
  • Follow S. College Street 3.7 miles to the traffic light and intersection with Magnolia Ave (You are now at Toomer's Corner). Stay in left lane and turn LEFT onto Magnolia Ave.
  • Continue with directions below.

From Birmingham
Auburn University is approximately two hours from Birmingham.

  • South on I-65 to Montgomery.
  • North on I-85 (toward Atlanta) to Exit 51 (Auburn University exit). This is approximately 51 miles from Montgomery.
  • Turn LEFT off of exit and cross bridge back over I-85 (this is US 29 North and S. College Street ).

  • North on I-85 (toward Atlanta) to Exit 51 (Auburn University exit). This is approximately 51 miles from Montgomery.
  • Turn LEFT off of exit and cross bridge back over I-85 (this is US 29 North and S. College Street ).
  • Follow S. College Street 3.7 miles to the traffic light and intersection with Magnolia Ave (You are now at Toomer's Corner). Stay in left lane and turn LEFT onto Magnolia Ave.

  • On Magnolia Ave. go approximately 0.5 miles to the traffic light and intersection of N. Donahue Dr. (You will have passed a Chick-fil-a and Subway on your right.)
  • Lowder Business Bulding is located on your left.
  • Take a LEFT onto N. Donahue Dr.
  • At the next traffic light and intersection of Dormitory Dr., take a LEFT.
  • Go approximately 100 feet to the first driveway and turn LEFT into the Lowder Business Building parrking lot (large lot behind Lowder Business Building ).
  • Enter the building and locate the elevators at ground level in the central hallway.
